Sadoff I&M Named as Finalist for Scrap Company of the Year by AMM

The American Metal Market Publication has named their annual list of finalists for the 2013 AMM Awards for Steel Excellence.  This year the AMM has reported their largest and most competitive pool of applicants ever nominated.  2013 will mark the awards 4th year that recognize best-in-class companies in steel and related companies.  Sadoff Iron & Metal Company has been nominated in the category of Scrap Company of the Year - other finalists in this category are:  Cohen, SA Recycling LLC, Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc, and Upstate Shredding LLC-Ben Weitsman & Son Inc.  "We are honored to be a finalist for our industries most prestigious awards, the competition was the toughest to date and we are proud to be on such a short list with these other great companies" said company CEO Mark Lasky. The winner in each of the 13 categories will be announced June 18th at the annual awards dinner in New York during the Steel Success Strategies XXVIII Conference.
